Cookies policy
Last updated: 21 September 2026.
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in the browser of whoever visits it. This page explains what is stored in your browser when you visit calafellaventura.com, who puts it there and why.
Our own cookies: none
This website does not set any cookies of its own, not even when you book or pay for a birthday party. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind: we do not know who visits us or from where. The video on the home page is served from our own server, with no intermediaries.
The only things we store in your browser, never in a cookie, are:
- your answer to the cookie notice (local storage,
cookies-calafellaventura), so we don't ask you on every page; - during your visit, if there is a campaign (Halloween, for example), whether you have already seen its window or closed its bar (session storage, deleted when you close the browser).
It never leaves your browser and cannot be used to identify you.
Services from other companies
Some pages include services from other companies. They may set their own cookies, which we do not control.
None of them loads unless you allow it. When you arrive, a notice lets you accept them all, reject them all or choose one by one. If you reject any of them, the website still works: the booking buttons open FareHarbor in another tab, and the map and the reviews have a button to show them just that once.
FareHarbor — attraction bookings
This is the system used to book the ziplines and the other attractions. If you allow it, the booking opens in a window over the website. It sets a technical cookie (fh-sticking-routing) and stores an identifier in your browser (fareharbor-uuid) to recognise the booking session. FareHarbor also loads, on its own account, its own measurement and error-reporting services (including Google Tag Manager and Sentry).
Google Maps — location and contact page
The map showing where the park is comes from Google, and it may set its own cookies. It only appears on the location and contact page.
Elfsight — Google reviews on the home page
The customer reviews on the home page are shown by Elfsight from Google reviews. They are loaded from Elfsight's servers, which set a technical cookie from their network provider (_cfuvid, from Cloudflare).
Redsys — birthday deposit payment
When you pay the deposit for a birthday party you go to the bank's payment gateway (Redsys), which is a different website with its own cookie policy. Our website does not embed it: it only takes you there.
How to change your choice or delete them
You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page.
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies. Each one's help explains how:
If you block cookies from other companies, the map, the reviews or the booking window may stop working. Booking in another tab still works as usual.
