What data do we collect and why?
Contact form
We collect your name, telephone number, email address and message. We use this information solely to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is consent, which is given when you submit the form.
Birthday party booking
We collect the name, email address, telephone number and town of the person making the booking, the date and time slot, the number of children and adults, and, if provided, the name and age of the birthday child. We use this information to manage the booking, collect the deposit and organise the party. The legal basis is the performance of the contract and, with regard to invoicing, compliance with legal obligations.
Information on activities and offers
Only if the relevant box is expressly ticked. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us; this will not affect your booking or enquiry.
How long do we keep this information?
Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to deal with them and, thereafter, for the period during which liabilities may arise. Booking details are retained for the duration of the relationship and, thereafter, for the periods required by tax and accounting regulations. Consent to receive information is retained until it is withdrawn.
Who else has access to this data?
We do not sell or pass on personal data to third parties. Access is restricted to those suppliers necessary to provide the service, who are bound by a data processor agreement:
- The bank and the payment gateway, to collect the deposit. Card details are entered directly into the payment gateway: the park does not see or store them at any time.
- The email provider, to send and receive messages.
- An automatic translation service with servers in the European Union, solely for translating messages received in English or French so that we can reply to them. Messages in Catalan and Spanish are translated on our own server and do not leave it.
Furthermore, where required by law, data may be disclosed to the relevant public authority.
What are your rights?
Anyone may ask us to grant access to their data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict or object to its processing, and to request data portability. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, simply write to info@calafellaventura.com, stating which right you wish to exercise. If the response is unsatisfactory, you may lodge a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority or the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Other matters
We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling using this data.
The forms on this website are not intended for minors: anyone booking a party or submitting an enquiry must be of legal age.
We implement the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Our servers are located in the European Union.
