This website provides information on the park’s facilities, attractions, opening hours and prices, and allows users to book and pay a deposit for birthday parties. The terms and conditions governing these bookings can be found on the terms and conditions page.

The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, as well as the designs, logos, text and graphics, is the property of the CONTROLLER or is used under licence or with the express authorisation of its authors.

Any reproduction, in whole or in part, use, exploitation, distribution or commercialisation requires, in all cases, prior written authorisation from the CONTROLLER. Any unauthorised use is considered a serious breach of the author’s intellectual or industrial property rights.

Any designs, logos, text and graphics not belonging to the CONTROLLER that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners. Third parties are expressly authorised to link to the website’s content.

calafellaventura.com may offer its own or third-party informative or advertising content. The CONTROLLER accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of third-party content.

7. Applicable legislation

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts and tribunals with jurisdiction under the applicable legislation and, in the case of consumer users, by those of their place of residence.
